The mixed room is the point

Before session one, everyone submits one recurring task from their own week. The method we teach is the same whether you are a bookkeeper, a realtor, a contractor, or a lawyer.
Watching someone else's problem get solved often teaches the pattern faster than watching your own. You see what carries across different jobs, then use the same approach on work you already understand.

Monday 26 October, 6:00 PM
Set up and first win.
Accounts, voice, and the interface. Then you write a short context brief about your role, your company, and how you write. You paste it at the start of every conversation from then on.
We also cover what never goes in: client information, financials, and anything under a confidentiality agreement.
You leave with: a saved context brief and one real task finished.

Monday 2 November, 6:00 PM
Answers you'd actually send.
Give it background, ask follow-up questions, and make it interview you before it writes. Then make the answer shorter and plainer.
We will also catch it when it is wrong, demonstrated live.
You leave with: three saved prompts that handle your own recurring task, tested on a real example from your week.

Monday 9 November, 6:00 PM
Documents and the things you repeat.
Upload a real contract, quote, report, or statement and ask questions about it.
Then take one task you do every week and make it reusable instead of rebuilding it each time.
You leave with: a document process that works on your own files.
04Private, one-to-one
Booked between 16 and 24 November
Your own project.
Sixty minutes, just you and Tony, on whatever you're actually trying to do.
You leave with: a finished piece of work and a clear way to repeat it.
Group sessions run 6:00 to 7:30 PM Eastern. All three are recorded.
Your fourth session
One hour on your own project.
The fourth session is private and booked at a time that suits you between 16 and 24 November. It is just you and Tony, working on the task that matters most to you.
This is why the cohort is capped at ten. Every person gets focused time, not a rushed group answer.
